The Arden Pig Company are the only full catering company that cook the Pig or Lamb on site in custom-made spits, which is a brilliant focal point for your event. See the pig cooking and watch/ hear the crackling pop. Many caterers on the coast are now claiming that they do Hog Roasts, however they just cook a baby pig in an oven and carve up joints of pork. WE can cook suckling and full pigs for your event.
